Oil & Cold Wax
Oil & Cold Wax paintings are created with 50% oil paint and 50% cold wax paste, using various tools, including scrapers, pallet knives, squeegees, & brayers. Solvents and other paint mediums are also used, and layering, collage, stenciling, and reductive techniques are often employed. Creating an abstract painting with these materials is an exploration of ideas, materials and process.
